The worst customer service I've ever encountered in a bank. When I attempted to make a cash deposit, the teller informed me that it was not the teller's responsibility and that I should utilize the teller. First and first, what is a teller's duty if not to accept money in and out? Second, I was informed I had to go out of line and fill out a deposit slip as if it were the first time I had ever made a cash deposit, which I would have done when I arrived if all the deposit slips had been taken. Perhaps the tellers' job descriptions should include checking your information counter, since it's clear that all they want to do is sit behind the glass and do nothing while being extremely unhelpful. Perhaps they should be reminded that the bank's interest on my money funds their compensation, and it would be in their best interests to be more helpful to the individuals who have money in their bank, but it won't be mine because I'll be closing all of my accounts.
