We stayed in the neighborhood for two nights while visiting family. The motel provided a delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, and roomy rooms. We went to the pool one afternoon, but my kids kept fussing about all the dirt, hair, and mold they could see through their goggles (around the ladder). The personnel was kind enough and seemed to be there at all times. The corridors were often bustling with people, so I was perplexed as to why I needed to request clean towels (they had removed all of my dirty towels, including the ones I had left hanging) and fresh toiletries. We also had raucous neighbors across the hall who stayed up all night drinking. The crew was cleaning the room with the door wide open the next morning, and I could see a mountain of empty Bud Light cans. I could easily catch one conversation that was clearly "R" rated at one point in the night, and I had to download a "white noise" app on my phone to block them out so my children wouldn't overhear.

This hotel resort provided me with a pleasant experience. The pools and mini-golf were fantastic. The price was really reasonable, and the staff was extremely pleasant. Because the hotel had just shifted to daily cleaning and there were large groups going through, I couldn't get new linen for the pull out couch until the evening of day two. Also, when I was told by the nearby Cay hotel employees that my service animal is a pet and not allowed in the Tiki hut restaurant to pick up meals, the manager was incredibly supportive and addressed the issue of my service animal on the premises. Thank you for speaking out on our behalf. Even though there were large crowds of youngsters and guests checking in and out, the staff never frowned, and the food was wonderful for breakfast, with courteous personnel!
