Talencore can assist us with our staff hiring requirements. They began by learning about our skillset requirements and how we work. They are comprehensive and take the time to learn about our office culture and the expectations for each of the positions they are hiring for. We then expanded Talencore's service to include partial managed HR, in which they assisted us in the design, advice, and creation of several HR policy documents. Talencore also assisted us with counseling and a program for exiting staff management. We are delighted to be working with them, and I enthusiastically endorse their services.

The Dalhousie brand is undergoing an exciting transformation as part of a Brand Refresh Project. This project will reinvent our brand promise and pillars in order to provide a clear and distinct value proposition for the University, one that we can all be proud of. This transition will also include minor tweaks to our brand architecture and logo suite, as well as the usage of colors and fonts, to ensure that our new style embodies and elevates Dalhousies' brand promise and reputation. Our new brand promise, pillars, and appearance will be shared with you in the coming months. For additional information, see the Brand Refresh Project page or contact dalbrand@dal.ca.
