The Xfinity Center's Lawn seating is located behind all reserved sections and extends the length of the amphitheater. In the case of severe weather, fans seated on the Lawn will not be covered, and there will be no shade from the sun. Fans on the Lawn will be further away from the stage and may have a difficult time viewing the show, but they should still be able to hear it even from this distance. One advantage of sitting on the Lawn is that concession stands are located at each corner as well as just behind the Lawn's center, making it easy to obtain refreshments.

At Xfinity Theatre, the Reserved Grass section is usually on the right side of the lawn, behind section 700. Ticket holders in this section will have exclusive access to this section of the lawn and will not need to arrive early to obtain a good view. On the map, these seats are highlighted.

The Reserved Lawn is usually found in the Lawn's center, directly behind Section 12. Fans with reserved lawn tickets will have unlimited access to this section. This will provide fans with a clear view from the lawn without the need to arrive early in order to secure a decent place. A reserved lawn ticket includes a complimentary lawn chair rental. The Reserved Lawn, like normal Lawn seating, will be open to the elements, meaning fans will be exposed to the sun and adverse weather. Because the seating area is usually in the centre, the Reserved Lawn seats will have a terrific view.
What are the Xfinity Center's general rules?
The use of lawn chairs is prohibited. There will be no tapes or laser pointers. There are no weapons. Food may be brought into the Xfinity Center as long as it fits into a one gallon bag (Soft Coolers Only!). Each participant is allowed one bag. Each guest was allowed one factory-sealed bottle of water at the Xfinity Center. The Xfinity Center's reserved seating areas are smoke-free zones. Policy on Cameras: In the arena, personal cameras are permitted. Without prior permission from the venue, flash photography, video, and removable lens cameras are not authorized. Effective August 1, 2016, the Xfinity Center will no longer allow bags into the venue in order to ensure the safest and most pleasurable experience for our customers, as well as to speed up the screening process for everyone. The following are the only exceptions to this rule: A clear plastic or vinyl bag that is 12x12x6 inches in size. I just attended a concert at the Xfinity Theater with Heart, Sheryl Crow, and Elle King. The venue is beautiful, but security could use some help in being more realistic and not checking your tickets every time you go to the bathroom or buy a beer from a vendor. Getting out at the end of the concert is also an adventure in and of itself. You pay for VIP parking and then spend an hour stuck in traffic to get out of the VIP parking lot. If you want to get out faster, park in one of the side lots and walk 10 or 15 minutes.
Section 1 on the lower level has seats 1-36, while section 2 in the center has seats 1-51. Finally, section 3 from seats 1-46 on the outside. On the second level, section 4 on the exterior has seats ranging from 1-69 while section 8 has seats ranging from 1-62. Sections 5 and 7 are closer to the middle and have seats 1-39. Section 6 runs from 1 to 40 in the middle.

Parking/Transportation
There is plenty of parking available for all shows, and it is free of charge for all visitors. Premier parking passes, on the other hand, are available for the best spots closest to the venue and can be purchased in advance or on the day of the event, however costs may change depending on the event. Tailgating is allowed in the venue's parking lots prior to the event as long as guests follow the venue's safety rules. Guests who arrive by taxi or other ride-sharing service will be routed to the designated drop-off/pick-up point located outside the theater.
